About Walk and Talk Therapy Malahide

A holistic approach to therapy that works for combine mind, body and spirit.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or like the world just doesn’t make sense the way it does for others you're not alone.
Many of my clients arrive here feeling stuck, overthinking everything, or simply exhausted from trying to keep up.

Whether you're neurodivergent or just overwhelmed at life’s challenges, I offer a different kind of space, one that allows you to breathe, move, and be yourself without pressure.

Why Walk and Talk?

Walking side-by-side in nature can feel safer and less intense than sitting face-to-face in a room.
It’s a more relaxed, natural setting — one that helps many clients feel less anxious, less self-conscious, and more grounded.

For people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or sensory processing challenges, traditional therapy settings can feel overwhelming or unnatural. Walk and Talk Therapy honours your rhythm.

What to Expect and Who I Work With.

We meet outdoors in Malahide Castle where you can walk, pause, stim, sit, or just be. This is a sensory-aware, client-led practice.

I work with:

  • Adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, or identity discovery

  • Parents of neurodivergent children who need support, clarity, or space for themselves

  • Anyone who finds traditional therapy settings too rigid or clinical

You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me. If you feel “wired differently” or like you’ve had to mask too often then this space is for you.

Take the first step today. I offer a free fifteen minute call to see if walk and talk works for you.
