Welcome to Walk and Talk Therapy Malahide
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or anxious you’re not alone. At Walk and Talk Therapy Malahide I offer a gentle, non-judgemental space for neurodiverse clients. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identify as neurodiverse or just trying to make sense of things, walk and talk therapy can help you find your way, one step at a time.
I’m not just a therapist, I’m neurodivergent too.
I’m Simon, a pre-accredited therapist based in Malahide, Co. Dublin with a degree in psychology and a masters in counselling and psychotherapy. I’m also someone who has ADHD and knows firsthand how it feels to be out of place in a world that isn’t built for you.
This personal insight deeply informs my work. I understand the lived experience of being neurodivergent and offer that insight and support to clients who walk alongside me.
My goals is to help you identify your strengths and empower you to be yourself, without having to mask.
What I Offer
I offer nature based walk and talk therapy for:
Adults who are neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-identified or people who are still trying to figure themselves out).
Parents of neurodivergent children.
Anyone struggling with anxiety, sensory overload, low self-worth, or burnout.
Whether you’re new to therapy or you’re tried it before and felt unseen or like you’ve had to educate your therapist on what it’s like to be neurodivergent, this space is designed with you in Mind.
